US Highway 78 near State Highway 113

Temple, GeorgiaMay 01, 20072 Comments

Remain at the speed limit or lower in any area of the city of temple. It’s a speed trap. Also note, only show up to court if you plan on fighting a ticket. The judge enjoys mocking individuals and subjecting his views on everything, even when he has no knowledge of the truth of the matter. While he didn’t ridicule me about my life directly. He did have a "show of might" stating that a speeding ticket is a jailable offense.

Places to watch out for: Hwy 113 from I-20 into town. I’ve seen them sit just past the truck stops. Also they sit at the car wash west of 113 on 78. Note, they have all black cars with minimal reflective striping. Very hard to see at night. They rarely have any lights on while waiting.

Comments:
You are so right about the going to court thing. That guy is a big d-bag! If anyone didn't know that if you are 21 and under and get a ticket in Temple you are required to appear in court so be prepared.

The easiest way to solve this problem in Temple is to boycott the city. Make no purchases inside the city limits. I know in some cases you have to but avoid spending any money in Temple,GA if at all possible. Then call Temple City Hall and get their mailing address and send them a letter telling them of your decision and why. Make it clear you are telling as many people as possible. It may get their attention.
