The local police patrol issuing citations at every given opportunity on this 4 lane stretch through the main part of St. George. We were issued a citation (56 in a 45) and while the cop was still in the parking lot with the front of his vehicle (and radar) facing away from Highway 78, he after giving us the ticket immediately pulled out and stopped a passing truck towing a trailer. There was no possible way he could have clocked the driver because the radar system was pointing in opposite direction at the time he pulled the next driver.
