As you travel hwy 81 coming from covington into porterdale at the caution light by the towns new loft apt on the river. Police have parked one of their units at the light and from time to time they will park it in the same area,just in different positions. Most of the time there will be no one in it and I guess it is their way to scare people. But today I was coming through the town and knew it was parked there and was going 2 miles over the limit and was pulled over for speeding. Also at the caution light there is 2-4 ped. crossing walk and the officer told me that I didnt stop at the first one(but state law says you only have to stop if there are people crossing)yet no one was trying to cross any one of the cross walks. Guess they need some Christmas cash. Beware all.
