I have been pulled over here before and many of my friends have too. In front of a old school building coming from Rio Grande city, you’ll see police vehicles parked at an angle on each side in the middle of the street. Every time i pass through there i see cars being pulled over. Seems like their main source of income. Watch out for the police and they will literally pull you over for anything.
