Traffic law enforcement is aggressive for out of state cars and anyone who exceeds the speed limit by 5 mph. Both sides of Torrington, Wyoming by 15 miles.

This is 100% true. The cop will LIE about how fast you're going. I had my cruise control set at 69 mph in a 65 (cars usually show 3 to 4 mph lower than what the read out says, so at most I'd be going 66) and he pulled me over, claiming I did 74. Had an out of state plate, so pulled me over and gave me a ticket.
