They are everywhere! In the median, on the side of the road, and in the air. They post up behind anything that they can, always with their lights off. I’ve lived here for six years and have yet to see a unmarked car, but they are very pletiful. If one pulls you over their will be two more behind them for back-up. Be very careful when speeding through this area!
