CHP car parks on 99N on the beginning of Kamm offramp, your vision is obscured by trees, he will open his drivers door, leaning on his cruiser with radar gun in hand. He will see you before you see him! Also hides behind the N99 Mountain View entrance to Hwy 99

Your vision is also obscured by the overpass/underpass as you are coming up to Kamm Ave. and a small bill board sign. Lately there has been more than one cruiser/pickup there at one time.
