US Highway Northwestern near Evergreen Street
When you are going south on evergreen road, and are turning left (south)onto the Northwestern service drive, they changed the signs, you used to be able to turn left from two lanes…now you can only turn left from one lane. Every morning between 830-900 (I know for sure) there are between one and three police cars working this turn. I dont know if they are there any other times . The unmarked black car sits in the speedway driveway watching for cars….
