US Highway SR 39 and SR 43 near State Route SR 39 and SR 43
Small village in Carroll County, Ohio. 2 state routes cross each other. Speed goes from 55 to 25 mph coming into the village from all four ways. Will ticket for not going 25mph at the speed limit sign and all the way through the village.

I can assure you that this is NOT a speed trap in Dellroy. If you look into the situation, you will see that an Elementary School sits right on the highway and without traffic control, trucks and cars race through this area. What does it cost in lives to slow down to 20 MPH for the short distance. If you are in that much of a hurry, you should start out 5 minutes sooner.
