North or South bound. Anytime of day. They typically target out of staters, (military going back and forth from the Norfolk area). I have seen as many as 4 cops, waving over people at one time. When the speed limit says 45mph, BELIEVE IT! Also, do not quickly accelerate at the stop light in the middle of town, they will get you headed out! I saw them pull the same guy over twice within a mile. Once going in, once going out. NOT his day!
