US Hwy 16 W. on City Limit just on edge of town
City cops get you coming into town coming down a hill where the speed limit changes from 50 mph to a 30 mph zone. It is a hard place to watch your speed because of the grade of road, making it easy pickens for the city cops. I suggest using second gear.

Fines are 10mph over 100.00, 11 mph over 106.00 and up the City of Buffalo is in need of money to put lights at the new sports complex it seems.
