SAPD sets under overpass on U.S. 20, which sets on a down slope and a corner. Stops made here are strictly for revenue and to meet goals" set by money grants issued by the State of Idaho. The stops do nothing for the safety of the city or it’s citizens. This activity may be leagl but it is a true example of a Speed Trap."
