out of spartanburg east about 4 miles to city limit of cowpens,the next 2 miles thru the little town is worked by unmarked cars with radar units.

The entire town of Cowpens is a speed trap. The speed limit is 35mph in the city limits and the police will ticket you for going one mile over. There is always at least one waiting on the side of the road somewhere every single day.
