Usually PM rush hour, but also watch out for weekends and especially holiday weekends. The city police like to hide behind a big tree just inside the city limit next to the cemetary, but you can also see quite a few Motor Carrier inspectors in that area. It is a bad place for trucks to speed.

most of the motor carrier inspectors ARE Leon police, or wanna be's, one is even a city council member...like he really needs to be there!!! There is no specific time worse than others all times are bad. When there is a BB game just look down bluestem road they are waiting for members of the visiting teem to mess up and speed. It is ridiculous!!!
