Coming down the mountian on U S Route 52 NOrth the local cops would tag the out of staters. I got a speeding ticket. It was justified. But several weeks later I was doing 32 MPH as I crossed the bridge. The posted sped limit is 45MPH. Another cop stopped me. I told him he was wrong. And that I got tagged 2 weeks before . told him I'd see him in court. Went to court demanded him to produce evidence to substantiate his lieing accusations. The burden of proof is on the accuser!! The Magistrate is in on the con. I said dismiss without prejudice or I see you in circut court. Magistrate said I needed a lawyer. I said not in this life I can spek for me. And this lieing cop better show up and produce evidence. If not I will sue for false arrest. The magistrate actually had the balls to change the speeding ticket to faulty lights. I said Lie. Brand new car. I said I walk or I bring down this court. What's it gonna be kids. I did not pay the ticket. refused. I appealed and the cop was a no show. I called him a liar and a cheat and a froud an a disgrace to the uniform eveyr tiemI saw himin walmart or anywehre else in town. He left the force and town I suppose. Havenot seen his sorry self in years. BTW he looked like Barney Fife:)
