US82 E prior to city limits
speed limit drops suddenly from 55mph to 45 right at the curve entering city limits. officer sits on right hand of road facing east bound traffic. He also uses another place pass red light east as you leave city on 82E speed limitr goes from 45 to 65in a very short distance. wait until you see the 65mph sign before you accelerate.
