Utopia Parkway near Booth Memorial Boulevard
Southbound Utopia Parkway just before Booth Memorial Blvd,an unmarked car sits waiting to catch speeders. Speed limit is 30MPH, they claim it’s because of the school on the next block Francis Lewis H.S. Also under the underpass of the L.I.E. at Utopia Pkwy scooter cops are checking seat belts cell phones, inspections and registrations.
