Valley Ranch Parkway near US Highway 635

Valley Ranch Parway from Hwy 635 to MacArthur Blvd. Most enforced during the Am Rush hour and from around 11am to 1pm during the weekdays. At any point that the road curves and you can’t see the other side expect a police officer to be there. There is always a police officer monitoring either the elementary or high school speed zones. They will ticket any speed over the posted 20mph sign— even if it is only 3 mph over the limit.

Comments:
I just got a speeding ticket there by the Elementary school for 35mph in a posted 35mph. The school zone says "20MPH when flashing" and it was not flashing. I told the cop it wasn't flashing and he argued with me, said I was the 4th person to tell him that and he had checked. After I got the ticket I immediate went back to the other end of the school zone and sure enough the lights were not active, just as I had said. I video taped it for when I take this to court. Crooked as hell speed trap, this is.
