Valley Road, near Post Office
The speed limit on Valley Road is 25mph, while Valley is a long winding road from Glenville to the Post Road without stop signs. The police car sits hidden on the North West side of Valley, just North of the Post Office, to catch the cars that pick up speed as they wind their way to the Post Road (W. Putnam).

You are referring to Valley DRIVE, not Valley Road, which is in Cos Cob. And yes, be careful.
