Any time of day, "they" are out there. Very early in the morning (5:30 ish)"they" are there. Hiding with their lights off. I was told "they" have 11 officers for this tiny hamlet. I thought setting, and waiting for somebody to commit a minor infraction with "their" lights off is against the law, also. I’ve seen "them" set there with binoculars checking for the validation sticker on peoples tags.
