Van Patten Drive near There is a deep gully on the road , also a few hidden areas.

The posted limit is 40MPH but as you drive down this steep gully your car naturally picks up speed and its common to be doing 50MPH by the time you get to the bottom of the gully. There is also a straight-a-way that has several areas on this road with a clear straight view. It has no traffic, no pedestrians, and no houses. So its easy to go beyond 40MPH on this road. Enforcement seems to be getting beefed up probably due to the number of people living in Country Knolls West which is a higher income area and this is widely known. The first seatbelt, sticker and registration trap was used to catch people on this quiet road. You have no way to avoid this if you want to get to work.
