Vanowen Avenue near Buena Vista Ave Approaching Empire Center
Officers can be spotted on the south side of Vanowen near Buena Vista. Both Motor cycle & marked vehicles have been spotted. Apparently the speed limit is 35mph *everywhere* in Burbank. Notice there are very few speed limits signs though. Be careful.

There are a few exceptions to the "35 everywhere" speed limit in Burbank. San Fernando, Hollywood Way and Vanowen has 40 mph limits near the north and west sides of town respectively. I checked the vehicle code and read the speed trap criteria. Sorry to say it doesn't apply to these locations. If it did, I could have saved a bunch in court fees. By the way, be careful in Burbank Court. These Cops are very good at testimony (thorough and accurate). It might be wise to seek an attorney to plead your case.
