Motorcycle officer sits between cars on North side of Ventura Blvd. near White Victorian Office Building with radar gun pointed at west bound traffic. Got lucky, saw him before he saw me.

I cannot believe this was refed to as Chalk Hill. I have not heard that since I was a kid, about 40 years ago. Must be the same cop that nailed me in 1978 and 1986. If you are going over this hill SLOW DOWN or you will get a ticket!! Good Luck!!
