Ventura Road near State Highway 101
Northbound on Ventura Road, heading towards Town Center Road (under the freeway). Speed changes abruptly from 55mph to 30mph, the sign posting the lower speed limit is partially obscured and difficult to see, as you’re finishing a semicircle at this point.
