Vestal Parkway
I was traveling exactly at posted limit and was pulled over and told I was traveling 24 mph over. Officer let me go without proving my ID when I told him I know exactly how fast I was going. it was 4 AM and I had nothing to drink. Avoid Vestal when possible!

I am not surprized, my insurance agent told me that Vestal police are the most corrupt in the state! A woman broadsided me in a parking lot (Targets') on the passenger side-torled my car. I had a camera and the pictures show she was on the wrong side of the road, but she was meeting a friend who was a police officer in Binghamton, NY. I WAS BLAMED FOR THE ACCIDENT, she claimed I pulled out in front of her. Plus she was speeding, but could not be proven due to wet pavement, no skid marks! I was just crossing the road, going straight ahead but moving slow, since it was a parking lot and near Christmas. At least I didn't get a ticket. But I believe they are very corrupt there.
