Veterans Expressway near US Highway 98
Right where Veterans Expressway dead ins into Hwy 98, the speed drops from 70 to 50MPH. There is a cop sitting there, and he clocks you going 70s still, and notifies the cop on the shoulder around the curve. Another cop had just pulled someone over, and my cop was waiting for me with his lights on. Very unforgiving too.

Not only does the speed limit drop to 50, a few hundred feet further down the road it drops to 35 and as indicated, this is a regular trap.
