Hwy 17 at old cotton gin. Police offer has black Tahoe, and works part time. You will be told that you can call the court clerk (who is also part time) and ask for it to be made a non moving violation and they will allow it. The officer freely admitted that they just wanted the money.

First and foremost, it clearly shows, we are not a speed trap. It's 45mph zone all the way through. Second we don't start issuing citations until your speed is 12 over (57 mph) and well within the city limits. Third and most of all if you had not been speeding, we would not be having this conversation.
