Village Street near Pintail Drive
A school bus was placed at the side of the street well away from the normal school bus route with the sign out and flashing lights. No driver no kids and the police officer was sitting behind the bus. The officer would pull a person over and give them a ticket and while in the process the sign would still be out and flashing with people driving on by. Once the officer was done he would turn around and get back behind the bus again. Is this legal?
