Vine Street near 33rd-40th Streets
Usually one officer standing on the side of the road with radar gun and another a block down catching people eastbound on Vine street. It’s 35mph here but they catch people all day desite that this is a heavily enforced area.

This is not a speed trap ... it's a school zone ... drivers are often caught driving more than 50 mph through it!
