exit from US 101 freeway into a 30mph zone. as this is a commercial district, one would expect speed limits are 40-45. signs are few (one in each direction and are posted at high traffic intersections and are not readily visible as the motorist is watching for other hazards). officers are usually mounted on cycles and are nearly invisible. use caution.
