25 mph zone extends along the Fairgrounds area heading out of town. Town police will sit in the Fairgrounds parking lot catching folks heading east into the village, or speeding up on the straight heading out of town. Town police will generally issue warnings first, so long as you are polite and not doing 50.

Absolutely true. I was stopped there a few years back and the cop did not even get out of the car - he spoke from the cruiser and simply told me to slow down seeing that I was from out-of-state. Little did he know that I live in the next town.
