This trap is so sleazy and is almost ALWAYS around at the end of the month. Just past the West Side Market (if you are coming from the downtown side) is a tiny freeway overpass that curves to the right. As many as 3-4 cop cars will hide just around the bend on the other side of the overpass and give out tickets like they’re party favors. The speed limit is 25 but everyone is going 35+. The 25 MPH limit is not necessary until you hit the bars and stores, but it is in effect on the entire street which is VERY long.
