W. Division Street near Lamplighter Street
Officer parks just inside the entrance to the mobile home park on the north side of Division. You tend to pick up just a little speed as you come down the hill. It’s easy to do and you get down the hill and ZAP! there he is! Too late! I’m very conscious now every time I head west on Division.
