The police of Dekalb Co. Ga. continue to harass the law abiding tax paying citizens of this county. W. Nancy Creek Rd. is extensively used and goes directly through a county park. Speed limits are 25 and stop signs are everywhere. This is prime territory for getting a ticket. Side roads are often the hideouts for these radar brandishing cops. My wife got a ticket for going 26 in this area! Also there are 2 school zones in the same general area. If you are in a hurry and want to use this road as a cut through it is best to avoid it altogether. If you fight a ticket in Dekalb Co. your only out is if the officer does not show. If they are in court just go ahead and pay your fine. I watched a string of 25 people try to give their side of the story to the judge and each one was ignored.
