Wagener Rd. Between RT 460 and RT 301(Crater Rd)
The road is 40 mph and that is what they mean. The road is wide open and could easily be 55mph. You have to pratically set your crusie control to avoid being ticketed. They will give a ticket for doing as little as 4mph over.

This is true, however it makes no sense as it is heavily wooded on both sides, there are little to no residences between R460 & I95 & guardrails line both sides of the road. There are also no lights at night, except for a traffic light at Normandy & Wagner. The police aren't trying to slow anyone down because of safety, they're merely using it as a means to trap unsuspecting people to fill their coffers.

The radar position used frequently by the police is at Fort Bross Drive and Wagner Road.
