Driving toward the coast just past Waikoloa Village there are some new housing developments on the right. This is a downhill slope with no stops for a 10+ mile distance. the rest of the road is 55mph. This section is posted 35 halfway down the hill. The traffic cops sit just inside the entrance to the last subdivision driveway. We see cars being stopped there all the time.
