Walnut Ave between Maplegrove Ave and Francisquito Ave
Actually in LA county area. Speed limit is 25 mph on Walnut in West Covina which changes name to Echelon in La Puente. South of Francisquito there is nothing but empty parking lots and a church for about a block and further south there are homes. West Covina police sit behind bushes in parking lot on north west corner of Walnut and Francisquito waiting for anyone to be just a couple of miles over the 25 mph limit and then they’ve got you! More than a $200.00 fine for 6 miles over. They monitor periodically and then they stop.
