Wardlow Rd. @ Shewshenko Dr.
Oakland Co. Sheriff sits hidden about 20 ft. into Shewshenko Dr. Lots of speeders, especially bikers scream down Wardlow Road. Lots of kids walking to the beach. I live 100yds from where he sits. So I’m glad he’s there. May have already saved a life.
The Sheriff Dept. occasionally put up an unmanned, digital radar sign-trailer. The sport-bikers see how close they can start from the sign’s location to register 99mph. And they video tape the goin’s – on. They leave in a couple of minutes.
