Warm Springs Boulevard near East Warren Avenue
Traveling North on Warm Springs Blvd, right as you cross East Warren a Police Officer sits either on the side of the road or in the apartment outlet on the right. Speed Limit is 45, but traveling through that intersection it is so easy for people to exceed it.

It's good to have control there, because a lot of people will Jwalk to the shops. It's a dangerous intersection.
