Washington Boulevard near Interstate 95
At the Baltimore-Howard County line, Baltimore County police will sit just on their side of the line and run a radar trap as cars enter Baltimore Couinty from Howard County. Often they will sit parked out of sight behind a large hedge on the side of the ex-General Motors Building. At this point, the speed limit has just decreased from 50 to 40, so the likelihood of a ticket is high. Howard County police have never to my knowledge ran any traps on their side of the line.
