As you drive west bound on Washington Blvd. Just west of La Cienega -adjacent to La Ballona Creek on the North side of Washington. There are two motorcycle officers off their bikes hiding in between parked cars, and assisted by the curving street, waiting for people to speed through in an effort to try and beat the camara/red light- which, by the way, is no longer working. They also wave ppl down who are in the "Right lane must turn right" lane infront of the rim shop East of La Cienega , and end up driving through the intersection going towards them.
