Washington Road near State Route 129
There is a pull off of sorts on the right side of Washington coming out of Alcoa where it merges on to Rt 129 on the North bound side just after the Texas Roadhouse. They sit there various times of the day or night. 129 is 55mph while Washington is 45. They catch you during acceleration to merge.

i drive through there on a daily basis and i see cops sitting in that little pull-off (which almost looks like a driveway connection) fairly often. it's a clever spot to catch people because not many people are doing 45mph through there....i know i don't!
