Waterman Blvd.
There is a hill on Waterman that Fairfield Police like to hide behind. Often, they will sit in the middle lane pointing the gun at the top of the hill, nailing people as they come over. They’re not out there every day, but it seems like at least twice a week. When they’re out there though, there’s 2-3 of them working about 300 yards from each other covering the entire boulevard. The posted speed limit is 35 mph, traffic typically moves closer to 45 mph. I got a ticket once for 59 mph (okay, that was my fault) and another for 44 mph. I take the freeway now.
