Way Road between Centreville and Yorklyn
Half mile before and after Cloverdale Farm entrance. Coming down hill New Castle County cops sit with radar as speed limit drops to implausible 30 mph Rediculas for this area of a country road. People getting killed every month on Route 41 for speeding and cops have nothing better to do then to shake down locals. Shameful distraction and waste of public confidence in this police department.
