WB Harvard Ave/52nd Street
Speed dropped from 35 MPH to 25 MPH I was still doing about 37 miles an hour, so 25 MPH was the posted change that I never seen or saw! I was 7 MPH over the speed limit, it cost me $180.00. Stay out of Garfield Heights.
