An officer parks on the corner of Cassia and Weihle, on the north side of the street facing west-bound traffic. This is at the top of a hill and the first intersection after passing the Fairfax County Parky. Weihle goes from 45 mph to 35 mph after the Reston Parkway after very subtle and quiet notice but this is a bit down the road so it probably shouldn’t be considered an incideous speed trap. Just be careful when the light at Weihle and the Fairfax County Parkway goes green for West-bound Weihle traffic and make sure you do not accelerate too rapidly. Speeds up to 49 should be okay; 50 and above will get you a ticket; 55 and above will get you a class 1 Misdemeanor!
