West Bernardo Road near Rancho Bernardo Road
When you’re coming down the hill (North) of W. Bernardo Dr (40 mph), there is a spot where the Cop (usually motorcycle) can sit and shoot up the road (about a 1/4 of a mile) and get you while you’re going downhill.
