The speed limit on this highway is 60, which is dub to begin with, it should be 65. No one does 60. When you crest over the bridge, and start the decline, CHP usually sits far off the shoulder on the right hand side, in complete darkness, with no parking lights on, and nabs people coming down the hill while they pick up speed.
