West bound on North Park just before the school yard
It is a black unmarked car using laser hiding in a driveway just East of the school yard. The speed limit on most, if not all of South Park, is 25mph. There is no "flashing sign" indicating a school zone.
Shaker Heights has two cops that drive this thing and their ONLY job is "speed trap locations" in Shaker Heights!!!!!
