West End Avenue & Rt. 37 (Northbound)
Police will follow you out of Island Heights while driving northbound on West End Avenue and pull you over after you cross the Rt. 37 intersection and are on Vaughn Avenue in Toms River. I’ve seen it happen like a hundred times.
